This email address is our single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act, both for people who use the service and for authorities. You can write to us in English or Romanian.

What a receipt is

A receipt is a public, timestamped record of the text you submit, the claim you choose (that you stand behind it, wrote it, or witnessed it), and the verification checks you complete. Our server signs the receipt so that later changes can be detected. The methodology explains how.

A receipt records your declaration. It does not prove who wrote the text, or that the text is true, accurate, original, lawful, or written without AI. It does not show that an account, phone, passkey, or payment belongs to a particular person. It is not legal advice, a compliance certificate, or proof that any law, contract, or platform policy has been met.

Your responsibilities

• Receipts are public: anyone with the link can read the text. Do not submit confidential information or personal information about other people.
• Sign only text you have the right to publish, and make only claims that are honest.
• Do not use the service for anything our content policy or the law prohibits, such as scams, impersonation, harassment, or publishing someone's private information.
• Do not interfere with the service, for example by automating signing or getting around the human check or rate limits.

Your text

You keep any rights you have in the text you sign. By creating a receipt, you allow Bino Solutions S.R.L. to store, display, and share that text, the receipt, and its verification data for as long as the receipt is available, so that anyone with the link can read and verify it.

Removal and suspension

We may remove a receipt that breaks these terms, the content policy, or the law, including after a report. A removed receipt's page states when and why it was removed. Read how reports are handled; the same page lets you withdraw a receipt you created. We may also limit or block use of the service to stop abuse.

Payments

• Proof of payment is optional. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see your full card details.
• A payment adds a payment signal to one receipt for the exact text it was made for. The receipt shows the tier that was actually paid.
• If you were charged but your receipt could not be created, or you were charged in error, email us and we will refund the payment.
• Your rights as a consumer under applicable law are not affected.

Availability

Receipts are available for 365 days from creation and then expire. We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Bino Solutions S.R.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for how others rely on or interpret a receipt. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after an update, the updated terms apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts. Consumers can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection at anpc.ro. Please email us first; most problems can be solved quickly.
